Oh boy!Gracie thoroughly enjoyed herself this AM playing in her first REAL snow. It had snowed earlier this month, but wasn't like today's snow. When she first saw it she said "Mama!!! Papa!!!". Had to go look out the front, back and our big bay window in our bedroom to get multiple views. Once outside, thought it was pretty spectacular stuff. She made snowballs and imitated Mama by saying "Bamo!" as she threw them at the house. She used her new shovel to get more snow on Matilda's back, which she thought was really funny. Not one for the cold or feeling cold, she wanted to stay outside today for as long as she could stand it.
Our very good friends at my work (who are really more like family) gave us a wonderful shower on Friday. Gracie had a GREAT time. She ate her cake, was less shy than previous outings and even opened her gifts. To all of my friends at work, thanks for a super time and your generosity. I have been extremely fortunate to work with all of you for so long and be the recipient of your support, love, friendship, and prayers. Not many people can say that their workplace is that way and I am so happy to have you all as friends.

Looks like fun! Ruby and Medina had a good time too but were ready to come in after a few minutes. And to think, I told Medina nothing would stick when it started coming down.
what cute pictures....snow didn't stick here at all...much to the boy's disappointment! but I sure was happy..:)
